Hooray, tomorrow is Halloween. A special time for costume, trick-or-treat, fun and laughter. Obviously Halloween is not for everyone. Not for plastic bottle collectors. Not for these children anyway.
For them, there is no costume, no trick-or-treat, no fun and no laughter: it is just a cold lonely harsh reality that they have to face every single day.
When I was traveling in Java, Indonesia I was powerless and frustrated not knowing how to help them. I am powerless still.
I do, however, have a promise to myself that I’ll come up with some ideas to help and support their rights of comfort and protection. Your ideas and suggetions are very welcome. Thank you.
