Thankfully, I have always been able to get my home decluttered and organized. The only problem is that I don’t seem to manage to get it simplified – and minimalized.
It is said that minimalism is about the essentials of life. I would like to reduce those extra stuff and keep only the essentials. However, it has been so much easier said than done so far.
So, I am certainly hoping that by learning and understanding more about what minimalist really is about, perhaps I would finally be able to apply it at home.
1. The 21 day Minimalist Challenge – learn how to get your life decluttered, simplified & organized by 21-Day Challenges
Minimalism is about the essentials of life. By living a more minimalist lifestyle, you invite calm and quiet into your daily life, you become more efficient, and you take action with more conviction than before. You don’t fall prey to cheesy advertising, and you make your own goals. You think of money as a tool to reach your goals, and not the goal itself.
Being minimalist in today’s world can feel a bit like swimming upstream. My hope is that this book can be a good starting point, a catalyst and maybe even a kick in the pants if you’ve had enough of chaos, mess and disorganization in your life.
Reading about minimalism is a good start, but minimalism is something to do – it requires action! Therefore, each of the 21 days will have an unique exercise that you can apply in your own life right away. With each new challenge, you will move towards a more organized and simplified life. Are you ready?

3. Dying for a Living (A Jesse Sullivan Novel Book 1) by Kory M. Shrum
On the morning before her 67th death, it is business as usual for Jesse Sullivan: meet with the mortician, counsel soon-to-be-dead clients, and have coffee while reading the latest regeneration theory. Jesse dies for a living, literally.
As a Necronite, she is one of the population’s rare 2% who can serve as a death replacement agent, dying so others don’t have to. Although each death is different, the result is the same: a life is saved, and Jesse resurrects days later with sore muscles, new scars, and another hole in her memory.
But when Jesse is murdered and becomes the sole suspect in a federal investigation, more than her freedom and sanity are at stake. She must catch the killer herself—or die trying.

5. Neverland (Adventures in Neverland series Book 1) by Anna Katmore
Although Angelina McFarland loves reading fairytales, she never dreamed of falling right into one herself. But that’s exactly what happens when she slips on her balcony and a flying Peter Pan catches her mid-fall.
Ending up in Neverland where no one seems to age and laws of nature are out of control, Angel has no idea how to get home. Worse, the ruthless Captain Hook captures her and keeps her trapped on his ship, the Jolly Roger, where she gets caught between the lines of a timeless battle. But the more time Angel spends with the captain, the more she sees beneath his ruthless façade.
The feelings she’s growing for him are as intense as shocking, and soon she can’t stop thinking about how soft his lips felt on hers when he kissed her under the stars. But Angel and a pirate? That’ll never work. Or can it?
As Angel desperately tries to find a way to return to her real life, she discovers a train ticket to London in her pocket. It won’t be any help in getting off the island, but as her memory fades away the longer she stays, this is all she has left to remind her of her former life and why she can’t give up trying. Or is staying in Neverland forever the better choice after all?
